What we collect
When you sign up we collect the mobile number you enter, the date and time you consented, and the exact wording of the consent notice you agreed to. If you have visited Sheek Media as a customer, we may also hold your name and email address.
How we use it
Your mobile number is used only to send review requests and customer-care follow-ups about your visit to Sheek Media. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the messages — Reputation Beam and its telecommunications carriers — and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies — typically one message after a visit, and at most one reminder if you do not reply. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages

Keeping your data
We keep your number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and for two years afterwards so we can show that consent was given and honoured. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details above.
