Review Generation
Grow Your Online Reviews Fast
A strong online rating is powerful. Many new customers will want to see those positive interactions before they convert. With a streamlined process of integrating a review request into each customer lifecycle, your online ratings have the potential to skyrocket quickly.
Quick & Easy Review Requests
Once your Reputation Beam campaign is all set up, adding your customers to the review sequence is quick and easy. Add each customer individually at strategic stages of the customer interaction, or add multiple customers in bulk via .csv uploads. Send new review requests straight from your front-desk computer or your mobile device in the field.
Email & SMS Review Requests
Capture the maximum potential reviews by sending requests to your customers via two convenient options, email and SMS. Some customers might leave a review immediately from their mobile device, and some might forget until they check their email later.
Minimal Steps to Review
Fewer steps means more conversions. Funnels with too many steps just don't work. Reputation Beam works well by reducing the steps to completion and making the process extremely quick, straightforward, and simple for your customers.
Direct Customers to Influential Review Sites
Reputation Beam focuses on major influential review sites like Google, Yelp, and Facebook where your positive reviews are trusted and hold a high value to new potential customers. Need to focus on a specific site? No problem, Reputation Beam lets you manage your listings so you can choose where you ask customers to leave a review.
Negative Feedback Manager Prevents Low Ratings
Sometimes there are customers who feel they may have had a less than amazing experience. Reputation Beam helps avoid low star ratings by asking customers for direct feedback instead of an online review when they indicate a negative experience. You can then respond to them directly and attempt to repair the customer relationship all while protecting your online rating.
